Halleluya Living®

Catholic coaching for strength, purpose, and formation.

Drawing on the discipline of the boxing gym and the hope of the Gospel, this is formation for body, mind, and soul—ordered toward sanctity, not just success.

More than motivation. Formation that endures

Halleluya Living® is a cohort-based Catholic coaching experience for those called to live with clarity, discipline, and holy ambition. Created by Dr. Lisa Petronis, it unites Catholic spirituality, insights from psychology, and embodied practice to help participants break cycles of burnout, fear, or complacency and build resilient habits in Christ.

Community matters: participants grow alongside peers who are pursuing sanctity, not shallow motivation.

Core Coaching Pillars

Discipline

Habits that hold under pressure—on the clock, in the ring, and in daily prayer.

Direction

Purpose clarified by Scripture and the Church’s wisdom.

Devotion

A Benedictine steadiness—silence, lectio divina, and adoration—lived in season.

Daily Practice

Small acts, done faithfully, carry a grace far larger than themselves.

Dr. Petronis is present and engaged as coach—offering structured guidance and steady formation within a private Catholic community. Specific methods and materials are shared with enrolled members.
