Your Halleluya Living Journey

1. Before joining the Halleluya Living group program, what specific challenges or pain points were you experiencing in your personal development, leadership skills, communication, or overall well-being? How did these challenges impact your life or work?

I was struggling a lot with communicating myself. I also struggled with feeling burnt-out and falling into a sense of despair over my own imperfections. These challenges impacted my relationship with those around me, with my family, and with my sense of dignity and self worth. I felt like I could not be myself and be able to communicate who I am to others.

2. Please describe your overall experience within the Halleluya Living group program. What was your favorite part, or what specific aspects (e.g., the group dynamic, the coach’s guidance, specific exercises, ‘light bulb’ moments) stood out to you as most valuable?

Halleluya Living was a great kick start program to what a true vision of life should be. It serves as a daily guide for how one should view the world and the self within to be more fully anchored in Gods promises. My favorite part was the daily tasks that were associated with it, I wish it contained within it weekly or monthly challenges even after the program was done because those were the most impactful. Additionally, speaking with a professional therapist and having a group dynamic were very empowering. Also, the stages within the program allowed me to stay anchored within a vision of what thoughts I ought to carry throughout the day and what weeds I needed to plow out of my mind. The fact that the program was broken into daily segments of instruction was also helpful.

3. How did the group environment, peer support, shared experiences, or the element of accountability within Halleluya Living contribute to your progress or insights? Can you recall a specific instance where the group helped you overcome a hurdle, gain a new perspective, or stay on track?

The assignments that had to do with opening up or communicating with peers and/or through prayer were helpful. Hearing from the group and seeing that we were all in need of healing allowed me to realize that everyone is doing the best with what they have and strengthened me to be more open. At times, knowing that there are others to be open to allowed me to overcome most of my intrusive thoughts. It allows for genuine friendship which is a healing medicine to our modern “island” like view of life.

4. What tangible results or significant transformations have you experienced since participating in the program? How has your confidence, communication skills, leadership abilities, self-awareness, or overall personal/professional development changed? Please provide specific examples if possible.

Since participating in the program I have felt a great deal of my own insecurities, shame, or feeling of inadequacy heal. I have felt like I can communicate myself better and be confident in who I am as a child of God. I have felt much less anxious speaking before others or leading others by accompanying them in their journey of pain without having to feel “burdened.” I feel like I have gained a greater sense of who I am as a person and can communicate that love and worth to others without having to be as triggered by what they perceive. In short, I have learned through the is program to be more anchored in reality.

5. How has your participation in Halleluya Living impacted your daily life, relationships, or professional endeavors? Please provide specific examples of how these changes have manifested.

Halleluya living has impacted my daily life in this way: when I wake up every morning I offer my morning gratitude for the day. I continue in mid day and remember to do something well for someone else, which pushes me out of my own comfort. When my mind begins to feel drained with work I remember to push the plow and continue to be grateful. In reality, what this has done is change my attitude about the way I perceive pain and struggles in my life and has allowed me to transform them to acts of love that are done freely, allowing me to strengthen my will and the result to fight each day.

6. Would you recommend the Halleluya Living group program to others facing similar challenges? If so, what makes this program unique or particularly effective, and why would you recommend it?

I would defiantly recommend Halleluya living to others. I think what makes it unique is the group element and the daily exercises that accompany each day. There is also a future plan to continue the good work and that helps guide each day.

7. What, if anything, exceeded your expectations since working with Halleluya Living?

What has exceeded my expectations is this much what I have gained in this program keeps coming back into my daily life. In speaking to others, in prayers, in friendship, what I have gained from this program keeps shaping how I view myself and those around me and guides so many of my conversations with others so as to be part of their healing journey.
